My User page as example

On my User page I was very careful to explain that I worked for dietary supplement companies as a consultant, but was doing no editing for my clients, nor did they know I was a Wikipedia editor. Even being as transparent as all that, I was challenged repeatedly on suspicion for promoting supplements by doing non-neutral edits. I was close to being blocked on suspicion. Over time, my credibility improved, as I was often deleting health claims based on inadequate referencing. Medicine/health has a high standard described at WP:MEDRS. Like I wrote - learning curve. David notMD Thank you! I will get there eventually. I at least now know what I was doing and what not to do. WikiJSPN (talk) 20:32, 28 August 2020 (UTC)JSPN[reply]
