The Voice of the Indian Ocean (commonly abbreviated as an Voi) is an are a musical award and competition[1] focusing on the music scene of several Islands of the Indian Ocean: Seychelles, Mayotte, Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius and Reunion[2]. The competition is Organized by the Voix de l'océan Indien Association and Organizo productions[3] and takes place in Saint-Denis de la Réunion[4].
He artists are proposed by the public[2] who present the artists active sure the area in the competition for a given calendar period. A selection committee then makes a choice, presented to the final jury[5].
