Jeremy Sancebuche (born November 11, 1996), also known as Mimiyuuuh or Mimi, is a Filipino model, vlogger, and YouTube content creator.[1][2] She gained popularity after posting a video of herself participating in a viral video challenge of the song Dalagang Pilipina by ALLMO$T.[3][4] Her video went viral and motivated the creation of own versions of many local celebrities.

Early life

Sancebuche was raised in Baclaran, Parañaque just south of Manila, Philippines where her parents sold clothes. She attended De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines where she took Fashion Design and Merchandising for her bachelor's degree and worked as a student assistant.[5]

Career

Before her rise to fame, Sancebuche was only making Mukbang videos on YouTube. In 2019, she participated in an online challenge called Dalagang Pilipina, for which she went viral, and her YouTube channel surpassed a million subscribers in just six months.[6] Outside of YouTube, Sancebuche has appeared in several TV shows in the Philippines.[7][8] She was a host at the ABS-CBN Ball 2019, interviewing artists on the red carpet.[9][10] She won her very first Award as a vlogger at the E! Pop Gala in 2019.[2] Mimiyuuuh is the second Filipino celebrity whose voice appears on the Waze app. She also appeared in a Pepsi Philippines TV commercial.

Mimiyuuuh owns the clothing brand Fangs, a contemporary street style brand that aims to empower women through unconventional and ragged clothing, for which she creates her own designs.[11] She has collaborated with celebrity vloggers like Alex Gonzaga and Heart Evangelista. Mimiyuuuh had also created traditional and graphic art. In November 2019, she worked as a commercial model for the Italian luxury brand, Off-White after featuring the brand in one of her vlogs with Alex Gonzaga along with her photoshoot with local fashion magazine, Preview.[1][12]

On March 27, 2020, Mimiyuuuh hosted an online zumba session to help raise funds for charity. She said that the funds would be donated to Caritas Manila and Save San Roque.[13][14]
