Phoenix Inn Suites

I have removed the speedy tag from Phoenix Inn Suites and I want to explain why. I am cleaning it up (I agree it was a bad article) but high-end hotels have sufficient notability that a speedy is not appropriate. If you continue to be unhappy about a lack of notability then an AfD is the way to go (I shall abstain if you submit one because of this involvement). Please get straight on to me with any queries. Since you're cleaning it up, that's perfectly fine with me. I have no personal objection to there being an article (singular) about the chain, I just acted on my belief that the articles' prior state was worse than nothing. Also, I happen to live near one of the locations and could probably find time to take a quick exterior photo of it, if you think that'd help the article. Erik Swanson 03:23, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

Look for an image released by her publicity agent that is explicitly designated as being for press/publicity use. Photos taken by press photographers, such as the Associated Press, are generally not okay for use on Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia:Copyright FAQ for more information. Daniel Carter

this is regarding the Image of Dan Carter..The picture is from he official site and is of fair-use and check out Richie McCaw , Rico Gear and Caleb Ralph..thry use the same guideline from ht esame site but I dont see you deleting their images.. so Please stop bothering me cause I know what Iam Doing..thanx...--Cometstyles 03:47, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

As the message left on your talk page by Mecu [1] states, the image fails to meet the first requirement for qualifying as acceptable free use on Wikipedia because the subject still exists, and therefore, a free replacement could be created. Because free replacements of the photos could be created, use of these photos is not acceptable on Wikipedia.

Furthermore, please take the time to actually read the tag which Mecu placed on the image. Specifically, the part where it says "Do not remove this tag." Erik Swanson 06:29, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
