Phoong Jin Zhe is a Malaysian politician who has been the State Minister of Youth and Sports. He has served as the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Luyang since May 2018. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP).[1][2][3][4]
