Confusing citation

Looking at Ref 52 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_power_in_the_United_Kingdom#cite_note-Oswald_2008_2312%E2%80%932325-52 didn't seem to (at least obviously) contain the information referenced. Missing information

I recall a single experimental wind turbine located near the North Yorkshire coast about 30 years ago well before the current boom. I came here looking for some more information on that but couldn't find anything in the history section even though it must have been one of the very first in the UK.

Missing Offshore Wind Farms

After reading through the governments latest report concerning energy in the United Kingdom, i think that we are missing a total of 16 offshore wind farms from the table. this is because on page 117 it says that their are 46 offshore wind farms in the UK with the varying sizes, however i think that if my counting is correct, we are missing 16 operational farms. Please help me identify them and add them to the table.
