Hey, Eug, I just did a preliminary translation of the article you suggested (based on Lagunaria). I also changed your link to the correct page. Thanks for the suggestion: feel free to look it over and make any changes you see necessary. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Trevorloflin (talk • contribs) 22:18, 3 January 2007 (UTC).

Pinaceae template

Thanks for making this! - I'm not too good on constructing the formatting for these :-) I've made a change to have all the genera by scientific name (the way it was before) instead of a mixture of English and scientific - MPF 16:08, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Eucalyptus list

Hi Eug - any idea which is the valid name of Eucalyptus costata and E. incrassata? - they shouldn't really both be in the list if they're the same species! - MPF 00:16, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! A synonyms list at the end is an idea, but I'd only include the more commonly found synonyms (the ones found referred to frequently in recent books/websites) - if every synonym was included, the list would probably end up 3 or 4 times as long as it is now (or more: I don't suppose OZ plants are so badly off, but some European plants have accumulated well over 100 synonyms each . . .) - MPF 14:26, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

camaldulensis dropping branches

You changed river red to say that it is a water saving feature. Do you have any references for this? Remember, no original research. njh 10:35, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, well I guess that is fine. I was tempted to put it in as a possible cause, but several sites say that it is unknown why, which makes me wary. I'll reword it... njh 21:04, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Eucs

Hi Eug - re "Ironbark - is hard, rough and deeply furrowed. It is soaked with dried kino which gives a dark red or even black colour", the link to kino needs disambiguating! - MPF 11:18, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Andrés Laguna

Hey, Eug, I just did a preliminary translation of the article you suggested (based on Lagunaria). I also changed your link to the correct page. Thanks for the suggestion: feel free to look it over and make any changes you see necessary. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Trevorloflin (talkcontribs) 22:18, 3 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]
