Bryan Massey (born June 13, 1971 in Pontiac, Michigan) is an American actor, voice actor and writer.[1] He is best known as the voice of Ladd Russo from Baccano,[2] Tenishiro Okakura from Rideback,[3] and Cocytus from Overlord.[4] In the Funimation dub of the Dragon Ball series, he also fills in as the voice of Oolong whenever Bradford Jackson is unavailable.
