She's definitely not the only person who wasn't notable at birth in recent year articles; she's not even the only one in 2004 (Francesca Capaldi in 2004, Pierce Gagnon in 2005, Jacob Tremblay in 2006, and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons in 2007, not to mention all the ones in 2002 and 2003). What is the local consensus for exclusion that you're referring to? If the guideline is be interpreted as only people whose births were notable, then we would have to make that more explicit in the guideline itself. -- Irn (talk) 17:07, 25 July 2017 (UTC)

I was opposed to inclusion, as I don't consider her "internationally significant". But, without another point in the guideline or guideline discussion against her, I don't want to encourage arguments of the form: "She isn't internationally known." "She is." "Isn't." "Is." ....
