WP:COMMONNAME for both is just "Mario Ortiz", neither use maternal surname or middle name professionally. Disambiguate to standard for footballers. Source for Spanish footballer: 1, 2, 3, 4, all refs on page. For Mexican footballer: 1, 2, 3. Ortizesp (talk) 14:24, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
