Despite leaving the club at the end of the season, on 3 September 2018 he returned and signed a new one-year contract.[12] On 16 September 2018, he scored in an eventual 2-1 away loss against Olympiacos.[13] On 2 December 2018, he opened the score in a 2-0 away win against Levadiakos.
