    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    Hello, I asked for this page to be deleted a few days ago, but my friend has said he would like to view the page again. I had copied and pasted the text into a Word document as a sort of archive, however I now realise I didn't push save. Now we both want to see the page but I can't access it now. I put it on this page as it is technically an article for creation.     This file did not comply with WP:NFC#CS, and deleted on 8 December 2020, by Explicit. He refused the restoration without reason.

    Nevertheless I need to restore this file as I addressed the issue on Explicit talk page. This page was used by article Kiev Day and Night. I also agree with WP:CITE and WP:NFCC#8.

As you said, the audio sample is ineligible altogether to the topic/article because it lacks significant coverage within Kiev Day and Night, less textual portion, where any readers only notice the article coverage itself, nor the S.M.I.L.A section importantly, which currently occupies little portion (20%), unless it should be splitted into standalone article.     @The Supermind: It has nothing to do with a preference for European/American material as you expressed in a removed reply. It is simply quite rare for fair use music samples to be allowed when the song is not the primary subject of the article. If you believe the song actually meets the requirements stipulated in Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Songs you could try writing an article about it, but the bar for notability of a song is really rather high so I don't expect it to be notable. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 18:58, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
