Name of the article

After I created the article, I realized that "home energy retrofit" is actually more common than "green retrofit". I thought about renaming the article, but it would be a bit more work, because "home energy retrofit" probably doesn't contain some of the Simple steps. If other editors feel that the article should rather focus on home energy retrofits then I won't mind those entries that are unrelated to home energy to be removed.
