Henry Clay

Clay was not a "contempory" friend to abolitionist. He was a an enslaver himself, holding dozens of enslaved on his plantation. In fact he helped create the Slave act of 1850 stripping all rights of the enslaved. 98.58.155.49 (talk) 12:47, 8 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
