A few things

Firstly, provided any image is free (ie not fair use) then you may display it on your userpage. If you do not understand what I mean, then it is wise not to put any image on your userpage. Secondly, accounts that do nothing but mess around on Wikipedia, and do not contribute to the encyclopedia will be blocked and their fun stuff deleted. The encyclopedia is the sole point of Wikipedia- the community is a means to that end. With that, I wish you luck editing the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. --Deskana (ya rly) 02:41, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I was quite curious as to why you created an account, one minute later User:Da.Tomato.Dude welcomed you, then one minute after that you replied to her on her talk page, not only signing your post similar to her, but also adding a nowiki tag to the start of your post to avoid the software parsing it as a bullet point list, a mistake that she's made before. You also both appear to be from Chicago, and edit similar namespaces. Am I reading into things too much here? --Deskana (ya rly) 02:58, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I also find it quite curious that you've been bold and changed an article assessment here, something that Da.Tomato.Dude previously asked about, and then you so happened to do it on Tomato? --Deskana (ya rly) 14:42, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 13:57, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, then

Yeesh. Don't have to be so fussy about it. Cinna?Spice!

Sockpuppet

Just so you know, A, Mr. Deskana has accused you of being a sockpuppet. Read up on it. Good luck (nice one there); User:Da.Tomato.Dude

Hola, A

No prob! (Actually, three, if you count the closet)

BTW, it's ::, not ;; But, at least ";;" makes it bold! :o)

Why did you add a {{db-spam}} tag to this article? It is pretty clearly not advertising. Questions might be raised about the notability of the group (although it looks notable enough to me), but I don't see any basis for describing the article as "blatant advertising". No problem, and welcome. Thanks for helping on mainanence tasks. If you are going to be new page patrolling, or otherwise suggesting speedy deletes, please read through WP:CSD carefully. In general the speedy deletion criteria should be applied strictly, and if page does not clearly fit the letter of one of the criteria, it should not be speedy-tagged. If a page seems dubious, but is not a clear speedy, try using {{prod}} and the WP:PROD process. I am more firmly attached to process issues than are some here, see WP:PI. But almost everyone thinks that loose use of speedy delete tags should be avoided. It can take some tine to get used to the customs and tools here, again, welcome. Typos

When correcting typos in an article, the best course is to click "minor edit" and enter an edit summary of "typos" or just "sp" (short for spelling). Fixing typos in other people's comments on talk pages is not always a good idea, if you do it, the edit summary should indicate whose comments you corrected, IMO. If you are that keen on error correction, you maight also want to try Distributed Proofreaders at http://www.pgdp.net. DES (talk) 23:35, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I saw you ask the question on another page. My comment was intended to be helpful, nothing more. I volunteer at DP myself, and am always looking for peopel who might be interested. DES (talk) 23:54, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
In a sense I was watching you, but only briefly and lightly. I was doing some new page patrolling, adn i noticed that you had tagged or edited several of the pages I was visiting (I normally look at the page history in such cases). That caught my interest, so I looked at your contributions list and saw the word "typos" and read your question. You should remember that anyone at any time can look at the total lsit of your contributions on the wiki, and people will often do so when they become intersted in you for one reason or another (mostly positive I trust). DES (talk) 00:01, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting. Of course, the same links are automatically provided by the wiki in the top- and side-bars (at least in the default skin), but this can make them more visible. Kind of nice.

I note that you have set an explicit font size on your talk page (and maybe on your user page). This can be a problem for people who prefer larger type sizes and have set their browser preferences accordingly. I think it is usually better to allow the browser (and thus the individual user's preferences) to control this, but there are no rules about the matter. DES (talk) 00:11, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion criteria

Hi. You recently tagged the article Mesochori for speedy deletion, giving as a reason that the article was "not important". As this is not a valid WP:CSD criteria, I have removed the speedy deletion tag. If you still think the article should be deleted, please try the articles for deletion process. Thanks!
