A few questions.

Does Chestfield really form a civil parish with Swalecliffe? As far as I was aware, the two were separate, and the name "Chestfield and Swalecliffe" was only used by the WI, etc.

Also, calling the Chestfield Barn a 16th century pub is slightly dubious. Sure, it's an old building, but it has only been a pub for 20 years or so!

And are the supermarket and DIY store really in Chestfield? The addresses of the two stores would seem to indicate that they are not - and if they are not, then neither is the medical centre. Gretnagod 12:12, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
