Gmina Święta Katarzyna is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It includes the town of Siechnice, but the gmina takes its name from, and has its seat in, the village of Święta Katarzyna. (The only other urban-rural gmina in Poland to have its seat in a village rather than its town is Gmina Nowe Skalmierzyce.)

Święta Katarzyna lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of the county and regional capital, Wrocław. The town of Siechnice is about 2 km east of Święta Katarzyna.

The gmina covers an area of 98.57 square kilometres (38.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 13,552 (out of which the urban population – the population of Siechnice – is 3,851, while the population of the rural part of the gmina is 9,701).

Gmina Święta Katarzyna is bordered by the city of Wrocław and by the gminas of Czernica, Domaniów, Kobierzyce, Oława and Żórawina.
