Well I'll try to be NPOV about it. :P I think of you as a very kind user who chases vandals. I haven't seen you contribute to articles lately, just reverting vandalism. NPOV is hard ya know >.< Anyways I'll show my education after I become an admin, though I was just wondering if anyone would vote for me really... Yes I welcome and yes I've created a lot of music related articles and I've been very active but I don't revert vandalism that much. So I'm not sure I'll win the first RfA... Well, I wasn't sure how mine would go, and I have 27-1-1! Granted, there's still a week to go, but some RfA's don't get 27 votes total in the whole week. TenOfAllTrades is pretty popular, and he got 58 support votes total; I've gotten half that in the first day! My point isn't to brag at all, just to say, you never know! I think you'll do fine. You do a fair bit of helping, and it's obvious you're willing to help when asked. As for the desks, you can watch them too if you want, it honestly doesn't tak much time. When it comes time to answer those questions, if you're having trouble, I'll help you out. Plus, you know I'm going to give you awesome reviews in your nom!

Didn't you tell me you use Firefox? Get this extension. It lets you set predefined signatures (no character limit), and then insert them by right clicking (it adds a signature menu to your right click). That's what I use for my welcomes as well as all my RC patrol notices. It makes it two clicks and you have your message, plus you don't have to keep it on the clipboard to use it, so you can use it when you stumble across some hot girl. : - ) -- Essjay · Talk 09:50, July 14, 2005 (UTC)

Your standard welcome message needs fixing

Methinks you need to fix your standard welcome message by replacing all occurrences of the tilde ~ by ~ lest the tilde-sequences get replaced when you {{subst: it. See e.g. User talk:Reynoldsrapture for the effect. Lupo 12:08, July 14, 2005 (UTC)
