'Nights Out' is the second album by British electronic act Metronomy, released in September on Because Music in the UK.[1] The album includes four singles, "Radio Ladio," "Heartbreaker," "Holiday," and "My Heart Rate Rapid." "Holiday," "Radio Ladio," and "Heartbreaker" are accompanied by music videos.

The genesis for the album was as "a half-arsed concept album about going out and having a crap time."[2] Because of recent success with remixes and their first album, Nights Out has the potential to lead to mainstream success [3]. Joseph Mount has written and recorded most of the album by himself but Gabriel and Oscar "play bits on a couple of tracks on the album and it's kind of become....Metronomy...which takes the heat off me a bit as well"[4]

Because of their signing to Because Music, Nights Out or any EPs is not avaiable in the Americas, only in Europe.

The artwork for the album was created by airbrush artist Philip Castle.
