Adele Mara (born April 28, 1923), also known as Adelaide Delgado, is an American actress, who appeared in films during the 1940s and 1950s.

One of her early roles was as a receptionist in the Three Stooges film I Can Hardly Wait (1943). Other films include Angel in Exile (1948), Sands of Iwo Jima (1950), California Passage (1950), and Don Siegel's Count the Hours (1953).

Born in Highland Park, Michigan, of Spanish descent, she was married to television writer/producer Roy Huggins and appeared as a dancer in two episodes of his 1957 television series Maverick.
