Excellent start! I would like to see more cautionary content as I have seen cell mfg implemented in many cases where it shouldn't have been, most often in high volume, relatively low mix manufacturing products not designed with cell in mind. The cautions would include part count (i believe 7 operations is the default limit without the need to refer back to instructional input, I've seen as high as 40+ parts), complexity of assembly, etc. I may add some small bits as I have time. About Merging Page with Cell Manufacturing
First, if anything, the cell manufacturing page should be added to the cellular manufacturing page. That said, I find the info on the cell manufacturing page is vague, poorly written, and could almost apply to a few other manufacturing techniques like lean mfg. I say, keep them separate.
