Mintohren (民闘連 Mintōren, 민투련 Minturyeon) is a grass-roots movement, created by young Koreans in Japan, for the struggle against ethnic discrimination. This movement strives to eliminate discrimination by encouraging a multi-cultural and positive approach to integration of Koreans into Japanese society. The movement started in the 1970s.
