Ihiagwa is a town located in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. It is 13km from Owerri Town. It is made of Seven Villages: Umuelem, Umuchima, Mboke, Nkaramoche, Iriamogwu... Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) is located in Ihiagwa. The present Traditional Ruler of Ihiagwa is Eze Muruako. The Market in Ihiagwa is called 'Nkwo Ukwu'. The surrounding Towns/Villages to Ihiagwa are Nekede, Obinze, Naze and Obibiezena.
