When to dump the preliminary squad

Our past practice has been to dump the preliminary squad listing before the series end, but I'm not sure if we do it once the game I teams are announced or whether we wait a bit. Any views or recollections ?-Sticks66 11:21, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

By the end of the series, the only players who should be listed are the ones who actully ran out and played. In a historical context that's all that matters. Preliminary squads will all be deleted. I say why wait? In the context of an individual player, it might be worthwhile mentioning in their article that they were selected for a preliminary squad. Especially if they're young or it's for the first time it would be relevant to the progression of their career in their article, but not this one.--Jeff79 (talk) 11:27, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Arithmetic issue

The opening sentence say QLD have 13 wins, NSW have 12 and there are 2 draws. That adds up to 27. But it also says that this is the 30th series (hence 29 have been completed). Where are the other two series results? (Apologies for my ignorance if there is something basic I am missing) Manning (talk) 07:31, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
