The Weekly Observer
The Observer is a national newspaper in Uganda that comes out twice a week (Monday and Thursday). The paper was first published on 25 March 2004 and it was then refered to as The Weekly Observer. But starting March 2009, it became bi-weekly. The managing editor is James Tumusiime.
