Mark Wingett (b. January 1, 1961, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire) is a British actor.

He started his career playing a reckless and rebellious mod in the cult movie Quadrophenia. However, he is most commonly known for playing the role of Jim Carver from 1984 to 2005, in the ITV1 drama, The Bill. He was one of the few remaining characters from the original line-up.

More recently he appeared in the popular BBC1 soap opera EastEnders, as the father of Mickey Miller. He will return to the soap at the end of 2005.
