  • Overdrive Date Master [1], a popular underground psychedelic band from Philadelphia, PA. ODM is known for their energetic and eclectic live shows along with their use of odd instruments, 8PRM turntables, and children's toys as musical devices. Most of their popular lo-fi recordings were originally released on cassette tapes that have been distributed internationally via underground tape trading networks in the 1990s. These are now out of print and collectable on their own along with the highly collectable 8track tape they released called Play/Record/Volume/Tone (info found on the 8trackheaven.com website). Some songs from these are currently available on CD compilations put out by HelpWantedProductions.com [2].
  • One Dope Mexican, pseudonym for Robert Gutierrez, founder of Latino hip-hop band A Lighter Shade of Brown
