There are a number of things completely wrong with this article. First of all, it should be moved to Base Class Library as that is the official name. Also, there is a lot of incoherent or just plain inaccurate talk of language neutrality and how it is obtained, particularly the bit about DTDs and XSDs (I believe I know what the author intended to get at, but it really is way out of the scope of the core topic this article discusses). The image is just plain dumb. The entire article does not conform to Wikipedia layout guidelines. Basically, I don't know if it should just be deleted or completely rewritten.
