The 2010 Stanley Cup Final will be the championship best-of-seven playoff series that will determine the National Hockey League (NHL) champion for the 2009–10, and thus the winner of the Stanley Cup. As a culmination of the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs, the winner of Eastern Conference finals series (either the Montreal Canadiens or the Philadelphia Flyers) will face the winner of the Western Conference finals series, the Chicago Blackhawks. The Blackhawks will have home ice advantage in the Stanley Cup Finals due to the fact that they finished the regular season with more points than either the Canadiens or the Flyers.

Television

In Canada, the series will be televised in English on CBC and in French on the cable network RDS. In the United States, NBC will broadcast the first two and final three games, if they are necessary, while Versus will televise games three and four.
