Onegai Teacher' is about a boy, Kei, who suffers from a very rare disease that puts him in a "standstill." One standstill put him in a coma for 3 years. He meets an alien, Mizuho, who is researching planet Earth.

Upon discovering her idenity, they have to live together, and they fall in love. Kei is forced to hide their relationship and love triangles follow.
