Raptor is a steel inverted roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Designed by Bolliger and Mabillard, it opened in 1994 and was only the second of its type and first inverted to feature a "Cobra Roll". It is currently ranked the 10th best steel roller coaster in the world by Amusement Today. When it was built, it was the world's tallest and fastest inverted coaster. It is the 11th roller coaster to be built at Cedar Point. This giant green coaster takes passengers through its course right along the main midway. It is the first coaster that you run into after entering the park. The name comes from the fact that a raptor is a bird of prey, not the dinosaur

Raptor features a 100 ft. Loop, a Zero-G Roll, a Cobra Roll, and 2 Corkscrews. It has 3 trains that seat 32 people each.
