Caruso Affiliated is a real estate development company in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. It is headed by Rick Caruso. [1]
It is known particularly for building higher-end outdoor shopping centers.

- The Miramar Hotel
- The Shops at Santa Anita (Arcadia, CA). Plans were delayed due to economic conditions and lawsuit by Westfield Mall.

Political Aspirations
Rick Caruso is considering a run for mayor of Los Angeles in 2013.[3]
