Downtown Toledo (Toledo, Ohio) has seen a huge revival in the last few years with new retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc moving in to what had been, for many, considered a somewhat of a forgotten ghost town for years. [1] Both the Warehouse District and the area surrounding the Lucas County Arena have been areas of recent growth. [1]
