I'm really scared to write this, but here goes...

Exercising my right to leave.

As of 2006-04-10, I have decided to permanently leave wikipedia.

Why? Well, there's a number of reasons. Firstly, at the moment I've got my exams and I really need to concentrate on them. Whilst I've been on my exam wikibreak, though, a number of things have happened in Real Life which have changed my perspectives on things. I won't go into details, suffice to say its been a big learning experience. Presently, wikipedia just isn't right for me.

If I do return, it won't be for a good few months and will almost certainly be under a different username. I'll see how it goes - I'll continue reading wikipedia and maybe do some anon edits.

To all the wikipedia editors out there - you're all doing a wonderful job and I know you can make this the best encyclopedia ever. I've met loads of really kind and intelligent people here, and I want to thank everyone who made wikipedia a great place for me to contribute to.

P.S. I don't want this to be a big deal - I was never a particularly active contributor. This message was more meant as closure for me, so I can try to make a fresh start in life. Maybe quitting wikipedia will help that closure just a tiny bit.
