Jugoslovenski narodni pokret Zbor (Yugoslav national movement Zbor) was the name of the fascist movement, that was formed in 1935 by Dimitrije Ljotić through the merger of a number of right wing nationalist parties. This movement copied the more succesful movements in Italy and Germany at that time, and it was created as a reaction to the Great Depression that greatly affected the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The ZBOR party as it was popularly known, was not succesful at the ballot box. As their counterparts in the West, ZBOR organised their own terror squads which were known under the name Ljotićevci. The main targets of the ZBOR terror squad were communists. The ZBOR party tried to create an alliance with the Germans before the start of WWII, and maintaned a close relationship with the Nazi party. The ZBOR received financial support from the Nazi party. After the defeat of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1941, the ZBOR party placed itself in complete service to the German occupation forces, and soon creates its own military arm Serbian Volunteer Corps (Srpski dobrovoljački korpus), which was the kernel of the Serbian military force in Nedić's Serbia.
