The Voodoo Queens were a London-based girl group, who reached number one in the Indie Charts in 1993.

They were composed of Anjali Bhatia , Ella Drauglis, Stefania, Anjela Bhasker and Rajru Bhatia.

Anjali left the group Mambo Taxi to start the Voodoo Queens. After only one concert, they were offered one of the "Peel Sessions" by BBC DJ John Peel. This was recorded in January 1993. Other radio and TV appearances followed before the band broke up.

Ella Drauglis, under the name of Ella Guru, joined the Stuckist artists in 1999.
