Zavvi.com (previously Zavvi.co.uk) is an online retail company owned by The Hut Group, formed in 2009, after the demise of the high street Zavvi stores.

History

The zavvi.co.uk website address was purchased from the administrators by The Hut Group in the same month that the Zavvi stores closed. It relaunched as a website independent of the original business on 2 March 2009, selling entertainment products in addition to a new range of items including clothing, technology and toys. The website retained the same branding, and was renamed zavvi.com in October 2009 in an attempt to appeal to the European market.

Product range

Zavvi.com currently sell Books, Blu-ray, CDs, Computing, DVDs, Electronics, Gifts, Lingerie, Perfume, Sports & Leisure equipment and Video Games.
