Why couldn't the Japs just shoot 'em? For God's sake, how could they justify burning alive helpless POWs? How could they be so cruel? If I may quote the honorable General Robert E. Lee at Fredericksburg, "It is well that war is so terrible, or else we would grow too fond of it." I'm sorry but I am shedding a single (manly) tear as I read this. Humanity has lost its soul long ago. This is just horrible.
