Commonwealth Foundation
The Commonwealth Foundation is a sister organisation, the Commonwealth Secretariat and was founded by the Commonwealth Heads of Government in 1965. When it was founded as a charitable organisation, it was chiefly involved in promoting professional co-operation among Commonwealth countries, it has expanded to an international organisation involved in a number of civil society programs.
