Seysulan (also, Seisoulan) is a village in the Martakert Region of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Tartar Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village is on the cease-fire line between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Seysulan is under control of the Armenian forces since the 1994 ceasefire.

Azerbaijani forces claimed to have attacked and retaken the village during clashes on 4 April 2016,[1] but the Ministry of Defence of Nagorno-Karabakh disputed this claim as disinformation.[2]
