Uniconazole is a chemical commonly used as a plant growth retardant and fungicide.

Use as a Growth Retardant

Uniconazole is applied to plants to restrain their growth. In ornamental plants this can be to maintain a marketable size and/or delay flowering. It works by inhibiting the production of gibberellin.^[1]
