The statement "It is noted that large quantity or long time consumption can be addictive and that it is more dangerous than tobacco for lungs and liver. " does not truly represent the attitude towards cannabis. In fact, the referred book goes to say "But there is no ban on its usage and recognition of considerable health benefits...".
