Synopsis
Template:Spoiler Even though Leo is gone, Piper is in a surprisingly good mood, leading Paige to suspect that Leo altered Piper's memory. However, Paige's spell to restore Piper's memory accidentally causes total amnesia. Calling upon Leo for help, Phoebe and Paige discover that he is being held captive on the Island of Valhalla, a mythical place ruled by warrior-maidens. Trying to cover up his involvement in Leo's disappearance, Chris (who is still hiding his true identity), the girls' new Whitelighter, helps them disguise themselves as Valkyries and orb onto the island. The sight of Leo causes Piper's pain to come flooding back, prompting her to stay behind on the island while everyone else escapes. The Valkryies follow Paige and Phoebe across dimensions to San Francisco and wreak havoc on the city. Meanwhile, Phoebe discovers she has a new power and Paige takes a job as a dogwalker and is amazed when one of her dogs is transformed back into a man.

Trivia
- The episode title is a reference to the movie Valley of the Dolls, as well as Valhalla, the mythical home of the Valkyrie's in Norse Mythology, where the souls of deceased warriors are taken.
- Another title used by The WB in advertisements for this episode was Valkyrie Vixens.
- Phoebe develops the new power of physical empathy.
- Rose McGowan's hair is now strawberry blonde. Interestingly, this makes all of the four Charmed Ones to have turned blonde on the show. Prue had a one-episode blonde experience in season two; Piper became blonde on the halloween episode in season three; Phoebe was blonde for the whole of season three, the beginning of season four, the season five finale and two episodes in season six; Paige was red headed for the whole of season five.
- Actress Alyssa Milano cut her hair very short this season and makes a joke about it when Phoebe and Paige visit Leo in Valhalla.
- Chris kills a Valkyrie in this episode. Before, it was shown that good witches did not kill innocents, whether magical or not. The Valkyries were innocents in their own way, because their cause was good.
