Lloyd Nelson Hand

Lloyd Nelson Hand (born in 1929) served as United States Chief of Protocol from January 21, 1965 to March 21, 1966, under President Lyndon B. Johnson.[1] He had been appointed the same day he assumed office. He was preceded by Angier Biddle Duke and succeeded by James W. Symington.
