I am a registered user but some jackass has blocked me from editing when I am logged in. I have never edited a page before. I tried to edit a page 10 minutes ago - when i was logged in but I found out that some fag-boy had blocked me. Why the hell have I been blocked? - whyte88

Um...I have never actually made any contribution to wiki-encyclopedia as far as I am aware. I only use it for reference, I'm not actually interested in Daniel Craig, Danny DeVito, or Mariah Carey and, as far as I am aware have never even done a web search on them. I think you are seriously mistaken - you've got the wrong User!

Cheers. RKhues@AOL.com

Because of AOL's "open proxy" implementation that puts multiple users on the same IP, AOL users will sometimes be affected by blocks intended for someone else. At the moment there isn't a good solution for this. -- Curps 00:30, 24 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Not using AOL is a good solution eh? --Reaper X 19:54, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This IP has been repeatedly blocked from editing Wikipedia in response to vandalism. Further acts of vandalism from this IP may result in another immediate block without warning.

Warning messages

December 2005

This is with regards to your edits to Daniel Craig and Danny DeVito. Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. Further vandalism will result in this IP address being blocked from editing Wikipedia. 23skidoo 21:27, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

To the person who made the snotty remark on my user page, please bear in mind that IP addresses are shared with numerous people. If you didn't edit the two above pages (or do other vandalism to other pages today) then I suggest you register a username to reduce the risk of being included with the bad eggs. Otherwise, please read Wikiquette otherwise you won't make many friends around here. 23skidoo 00:21, 12 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop vandalizing pages. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Povmec 21:03, 12 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted some of your edits. Please cite your sources so that others can verify your work, as you are requested to every time you edit a page. Thank you. Extraordinary Machine 14:53, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. I have NO IDEA what this is about. This is a shared IP. It's on AOL so banning it would probably go a long way to making Wikipedia more accurate.

Seriously though, this is not what Wikis are about. Just revert what you think need reverting. And yes, warn people, ask them for citation, and so on blah blah.

It would also make sense to investigate IP addresses before slinging mud. 23 Skidoo, your use of "bad eggs" plural, is revealing, no wonder you attracted some snot.

! Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. FireFox 19:40, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
