Alan Forsythe (born 5 April 1992) is a Scottish international field hockey player who plays as a forward for Scotland and Great Britain.[1]

He plays club hockey in the Men's England Hockey League Premier Division for Surbiton.

He is the son of Derek Forsyth, the head coach of Scotland men's national field hockey team. He used to play for Kelburne Hockey Club. As at 1 October 2017 Forsyth has scored 78 goals in 120 matches for Scotland, for whom he has competed in the Commonwealth games in 2010 and 2014.
