I am starting this page on the Port of Dubuque; it has so much happening that it deserves an article of its own now! Please refrain from adding to/editing the article until I get some more info on it. I know a great deal about the Port/Ice Harbor area, so the only things that should need to be checked are my grammar! :) I will try to work on it as much as I can, please be patient.
