Ready for mainspace

You've done a great job with your page. Before moving your material to mainspace you double-check your citations (specifically the interview by Jinhua Dai and Yang Mayfair, which is missing some information).

You could also link to these existing pages in your text: link to the Beijing Film Academy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beijing_Film_Academy link to Xia Jin: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xie_Jin

There are a lot of strengths to this article. Firstly, the inclusion of a biography box was excellent. This provides visual enhancement to your page, as well as, includes personal information about the filmmaker. Having the name of the filmmaker in Chinese characters is going above and beyond. Furthermore, the sheer amount of sources for your article was a positive in itself. The charts at the end were organized well and included a substantial amount of work including film and television endeavors. The added chart of awards was also positive.

Having a picture of the filmmaker could aid in the visual stimulation of the article. It would add a fuller conception of the filmmaker. Also, there were a couple of minor grammatical errors on this page. This includes a couple comma splices and word contractions.

Your inclusion of a biography box could aid me in my article as it adds to the visual aesthetic of the page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr.Strangelove1964 (talkcontribs) 18:25, 29 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This Wikipedia project has a good start with a strong and specific introduction of the woman director Huang Shuqin, even her family members. And readers can find her Chinese PinYin,both traditional and simplified Chinese name on the right side. That can help foreign readers how to spell or say Huang Shuqin in Chinese. Then there is a pithily and detailed conclusion of her Early life and education and Career with time. And it also has a specific description of her film Woman, Demon, Humanwhich let readers know one of her works.Readers can also find both English and Chinese title with Pin Yin of her TV shows and films below But there are also some parts that should be improve. One thing is that it should be a space between each Chinese Pin Yin.And the other is that there is no image of Huang Shuqin. An image is better for readers to know directors visually. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DDOONNGG (talkcontribs) 14:30, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This Wikipedia page is very well developed and has couple good strengths. Firstly, the little box on the right next to the first paragraph is a good idea to show a little bit of the filmmaker's background. The Career section is also a strong section where it develops on Huang Shuqin's main films. The use of many tables at the end is very helpful for the readers in order for them to understand the chronology of the filmmaker's life, good job on that. Of course, it would be interesting to see a picture of Huang Shuqin and it would be even better to also see an action picture of her working on a set for example. Also, there is only one reference in the first paragraph of your page. Maybe add one or two sources to make sure you cite everything and help your reader to make further research. Great Wikipedia project overall ! Jamaistroptard (talk) 14:15, 2 November 2019 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamaistroptard (talkcontribs) 14:09, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
