Turkey Bowl is a term commonly used to refer to American football games that take place on or around Thanksgiving Day.

Calvert Hall vs. Loyola Turkey Bowl 2005

Calvert Hall College and Loyola Blakefield, two private high schools in Towson, Maryland have an annual football game played on Thanksgiving Day. The 87-year-old tradition is the oldest continuous Catholic prep-school football rivalry in the United States. The Turkey Bowl has in recent years been held in M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens. To date, Loyola has the better Turkey Bowl record at 46-33-8; they have won 18 of the last 22 games, including the past four Turkey Bowls.
