Merge

W Nowicki (talk · contribs) proposed a merge to Autonegotiation. I believe a more appropriate destination is Ethernet over twisted pair. I have adjusted the merge banner. I have added a complementary banner at the proposed destination. --Kvng (talk) 14:48, 10 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Good point, since twisted pair is in fact the only medium where multi-speed interfaces are common. In theory one could have multispeed interfaces set by hand without autonegotiation. So that makes more sense. W Nowicki (talk) 15:22, 10 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Should we tweak that for 10/100 too? --Kvng (talk) 22:36, 12 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there were no objections in a month so I did it. W Nowicki (talk)
